It may be an oddball scoot, but they are very rare and most all wouldn't mind having one. Though I think your record breaking aero is still more illusive; who knows, maybe even non existent. I, and I believe to speak for many others, tend to think the latter of the two.

What is the orange moped we see in the back ground (1st picture)?
Strangly looks like a french Peugeot TSA/TSM :
