So that's why the red looks so bright on the wheels.. you laid down a white base. It looks sweet as *. How well does that rattle can paint stick to the plastic? I used tractor paint to make the one I had green, mixed it real thin and sprayed it with a gun. I had to stick the panels in the oven on it's lowest setting (like 200 degrees) to get the tackiness out though. Overall, it looked sweet. I'm thinking of doing another one Yellow in the spring with rattle can paint, but I'd hate to spray it and have it not stick.

The 87 is starting to look pretty good. I like that you have actually painted the frame too. Can't wait to see the finish product.

ok fellas, i finally got it to a rolling scoot. i had issues with the paint this time. i went to paint the white stripe on the belt cover, and the paint crackled. its ok though.....after sanding it down, i heated the paint can up to room temp. it turned out perfect. well at any rought, its still a long way to go. next thing to tackle......the muffler. what do u think of the 2.75x10 tires on it? lol

Dude! im liking this thing. im dieing to see it finished...

but that back tire worries me a little bit.
How much clarence does it have between that tire and fender? you do know that some times when you get moving fast the tires get a hair taller?

Now im sure the top speed on that thing vs the tires is not going to be a problem. but that is super close.
