Yes you have to check CL at least once or twice a day and track the old ones as well.
I picked up a pair of running 86's for $215 from an estate sale. Picked up another 86 the next week for $100 advertised as a parts bike but ran fine after a tune up. While I was picking up the 3rd scooter the 85 I had been emailing every week (asking $250) finaly broke down and sold me her bike for $100.
Final score 3 running 86's $315 one 85 (might end up a parts bike) for $100 and picked up an 86 Jog CE50 (bobber project) along the way for $40.
