Honda Elite SA50-S

Stock motor, 9:1 gears, Kelli High speed pulley=a top speed of ?? Maxed the speedo out if that counts..average 45 mph
average 85 mpg

i think i am going to sell it and get a puch though. i like how they look and you can do just as many mods to them as an elite with a dio

you can do allot of mods to them but they will not be able to go as fast as an elite, puch's just cant take that kind of speed

Wouldn't the bigger than 10inch tires make the puch more stable at high speed? Or is this an engine problem?
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.

I dk that much about them, but when we went out to 1977mopeds for the mopedarmys BBQ this year full stroker Puch's only hit 60-65mph

yeah, allot of the full built 72cc bikes where only topping like 50mph.
Yet me elite with a set of gears and a pulley can hit 50mph.

But this is the pictures thread, so lets stop chatting as much unless you got pictures to go with it.

its a kick start... odd.

the 2 speed really is funny, it feels like its pinning out at 15 then it starts to pull all over again. Really is funny.

I think that the elite 50's look WAY better than the other sizes of elites. I just like it. And it is fun to mod bikes.
