hey everyone, well me and my buddies wanna build dirt track sprees, is there any way to reinforce the frame so it wont bend after goin off jumps?
the only thing i can think of is just get it red with a torch then let it cool (forging)
or
weld bent steel to contour with the frame in the joints....
also, can anyone show me where the spree would concievably bend from doing jumps?

Reinforce the Frame?

The frames seem to bend where the straight tube meets the stamped pieces in back and in front. You could reinforce the joints or the entire tubes. That guy jumping his on the front page? That was a 1 time deal, he bent the frame on it. Good thing is that Spree frames show up on Ebay, and they're worthless. Buy one if you bend yours.
FYI: You can also use washers and a shorter belt to do a reverse pulley mod for lower top end and more torque. You might need it off-road.
