The place to discuss rides, accessories, or whatever is tangentially Spree/Elite-related

Will a spree fit in the back of a car?

Post by Saved »

Will a spree fit in the back of a car? They seem small enough - smaller then the Elites. Seems like it could be done. I don't have a van or truck at the moment, so I figured I'd toss this out there and see if anyone has been in my position before.

I haul my Spree on the stand inside my Honda fit with the rear seats down. I just need to remove the mirrors.

You wont be able to close your trunk but it should fit in there

when i bought my parts bike, i got it in the back seat of a ford taurus.
had to move the front seats up(uncomfortable drive).
would have fit in the trunk probably had it not been full of stuff.

What car? Anything will fit if you partially disassemble.

I've hauled them in station wagons before, on side. Remove back body panels, battery, drain oil and gas. Good to go.

I'd like to see pics of this! No damage from the stand? How'd you make it steady?

I met a guy that hauled home 4 1986 Gyro's in a Subaru Brat, but getting scooters into GTI's and Honda Fits is great :thumbwink:
