I have an idea!!..........................get some blue celophane (if thats how u spell it) and some double stick tape or a glue of some kind, and put two and two together, put the glue/tape on headlight and then stick the celophane on.
OORRR....
You could get some blue paint and LIGHTLY coat the headlight with it.
I don't know about getting a blue bulb for it because it is a sealed type bulb.
