Question: What size Elite is this?..

The place to discuss rides, accessories, or whatever is tangentially Spree/Elite-related

Question: What size Elite is this?..

Post by vette66_00 »

Its a Elite but unsure of the year and the CC's. But for $250 and just a few things wrong with it should be worth it. Anybody got a rear rim.

That's a CH250. An awesome scooter using a 4-stroke water-cooled engine - same as in the Reflex.

Its a steal for $250 if there a no major problems and its got papers (where's that envy icon when you need it).

Its an 1987 CH 250. Yep nothing major wrong. It runs but needs a few parts. Rear bearing hanger/shock mount, rear rim (JB weld on a rim crack ) and exhaust stud missing. On non-op with all paper work from DMV numbers match also. Looks like they tried to fix the rim and could not figure how to put it back together and lost parts. (on a side note it has 23800 miles on it and less than a 1000 miles ago and 3 years ago engine was totally rebuilt score on that)

$250 was still a steal. I just bought the major parts I need to get it on the road for $78 shipped.

Nice score. I'm looking for one of those around here and there's one about 100 miles north for $1500 that's just beat to s*** and smokes. So in my opinion you practically stole it.

If you where in CA there is a really nice one in the Bay Area for $700 guy has been trying to sell it for 6 months. Problem there is you cant really ride them for fear for your life, super crazy drivers.
