New scoot

well a couple days ago my garage caught on fire and toasted the spree.. so i went look around to see how much it would cost me for parts.. i figured id be better of getting a new scoot... i found a 1992 dio with a 70cc kit and a performance exhaust on it for about $1100 can.. im probobly gonna pick it up tonight :lol:

Does the Spree still run, or did it toast the motor too?

I compaired yours to a zx/sr Japan dio and noticed the tail light is seperate but turn signals in the panels is rare, does it have a front disc? otherwise its all dio, buy it! that price is a steal! looks like the sym clone.

The fire toasted my seat i alot of my other plastics in my house put im going to have to rewire everything..... im still gonna try and get the spree going..... And i dont believe the dio has front disc brakes but im gona go tkae a look at it in a couple hours.... i'll let u kno

very nice, Id buy it if I were you, I had an opportunity to buy a Japan ZX but It was sold buy the time I came back from the bank the next day, it sold for $3000 at cycle imports hawaii and it was used but in clean condition and modified 72cc corsa.

in canada do u have to have a plate or a sticker on the peds?

i just got a new soot also. my frends dan had one. it was in bad shape. i fixed it up a ouple time befor i even had a spree. well he sold it to me for 50$ it needs some wireing done and a new exoust. perfedt seat. dont have rear plastiks tho.

nice ped. If it is a ZX or sr it should have 10 to 1 gearing on it.Also if it is from canada then it should have the japan dio motor on it. the pick on the front.that would be the best dio motor to get.check the back gear plate for the af numbers.If it has AF numbers and all the other above I mentioned then you have the best motor for a honda 50cc moped IMO.Atleast as a dio motor is concerned.
