Should I murder the Elite?

I am going to be tearing the Elite down this week and doing some much need maintenance along with realigning the plastics, and fixing the exhaust. I am really into Rat Rods and thought about painting it all flat black. The scoot has its fair share of scuffs and a few cracks so the paint is not as perfect as the picture makes it out to be. I will try to post a few pictures later. I just can't decide because I still really like the ruff around the edges look. Let me know that you guys think!

I voted no, because that is what I would do. But it is your scooter and you should do what you want with it, your the one that is going to be riding it around all the time. For the record I really dig the flat black rat rod look as well.

Started tearing down the Elite today. All of the plastic is off and there are quite a few tabs broken off. I also got the muffler off and found a surprise. Guess I need to find a welder.

I wish I had the money to. My uncle is just gonna weld this up for now. I will definitely be picking up an aftermarket pipe in the near future, I just want to be able to ride it now.
