Wheels/Tires interchangeable between 50cc Elites and Sprees?

I am considering buying a rim/tire combo from a 50cc 1986 Honda Elite. The wheel sure looks like the one on my 1987 Spree. Are they interchangeable?

Yes, I have an 88 Elite and it interchanges with all the Sprees.
