Should run crisp with the larger intake. Small bores like air. Sometimes its not about size but how the ports are setup. Did 1man do the port work?

Very few take the time and effort to deliver a concourse-level machine at the final flag,
but you have certainly indicated that there are no stops on this build. Swell job, but ride it or die...mm... :urban:

i had the porting done by a local specialist in southern California. he specializes in track racing bikes. the company is Boyko Racing and he is in Costa Mesa, CA. i take all of my cylinder and valves to these guys. doesnt matter if it is 4 stroke or 2 stroke they will always make the bike run better

This is the top end all put together with the intake and the PE24 carb in place. i am running a 35 pilot and a 90 main for the jetting. thats what i use on my 46cc goped so i am hoping its close. im hooking up the radiator tonight and installing the carb cable so i will have some cool pictures coming up. i bought these really cool aftermarket racing radiator tubes online that are blue, i think they will give the cooling system a good look. Im also running an intake tube to the carb with a UNI filter. i find that having some length to the carb from the air filter really helps with tuning especially on 2-stroke. putting a pod filter directly on to the carb gives it a sputtering mid range on all my old projects.

I order the Web!ke stuff off of their eBay page. even though it comes from Japan, it gets here fairly quick. less then a week. order a few things and they will cut the shipping price down also. it comes with two plugs but im not totally sure what the other plug goes to. ill figure it out eventually! but the smaller one plugs the oil pump hole.

So I got the radiator in place. I had to use the original radiator because its pretty difficult to find new ones and I am not aware of any radiator upgrades that easily fit into place. The radiator I have is in good shape actually, the black paint looks nice and the cap is in good shape. I ordered these radiator tubes on eBay and they fit in place nicely. They don't match the blue/green decal on the gas tank but I still think it looks better than the stock black hose.

the second photo is the radiator hose with the exhaust on also. I did a titanium wrap over a black high heat powder coat.
