Help! lol I need some quick scooter advice

Have a chance to buy a 2003 running PRIMO 49 cc scooter for $75
Only issue is it needs a new TTree (damaged when someone tried to steal it)
I only have a few minutes to call him back and wonder if this brand is hard to repair / parts?
Anyone have a quick opinion?

Thanks for the quick reponses, you guys are great...

Took a few extra minutes to call a couple shops about repair, alas both shops declined the ability to repair.

I'm already kicking myself , but let it go...
