My 88 Elite. Stock cylinder, ruckus variator and a custom 3D printed air intake. Does great on these San Francisco hills.

In a response to wheel man:
I work at a 3D printing shop in San Francisco with access to several high end and consumer grade printers. I had this old k&n laying around and decided to put it to use (my stock airbox was also thrashed and not sealing correctly). Needless to say the filter did not fit the stock carb. I took it upon myself to design and print a (bellmouth) type mount for the filter to fit on to the carb, I used Rhino for the design work. The first iteration is the white one you see below. It was getting way to much air and bogging the high end down. The walls of the print were not that thick and got gas on the printed part immediately, eating away at the plastic. On to round two, I thickened the printed part up quite a bit. Still the same issue of gas eating away at the plastic. After 6 or so iterations I settled on the metal looking part. The walls were very thick, I wrapped the print with metal duct tape and made a flat section for a hose clamp to grip the part onto the carb. I ended up having to tape the filter up a bit as it was getting too much air and bogging down. Scoot picked up a little grunt and has a custom intake. I am very happy with how it turned out!! Now Im trying to think what I can do next! Any suggestions are welcome!!
