What is the point? The restrictive part of the stock intake system is the small carb :*:

u know, i mean, its not that crazy of a question.
some people are planning upgrades, but cant afford to do the full final build all at once.
but, my answer...w/o having any knowledge on the matter what-so-ever...
is no.
i dont think you can use the ct and stock airbox. mainly due to the fact that the ct goes back a bit further than the stock intake. which means your carb will be further back and because of that, your airbox.
again.
i do not have a ct intake, i am only basing this off pictures ive seen.

^^^ he is right. the ct manifold sits a little higher and much farther back. plus you will need to make an adapter to mout on to the stock carb because the ct is a spigot style mani not flange style.
