You got a 361 dollar ticket?

For what? :? What does it say on your ticket?

Isn't the head light on you spree .........not stock to say the least.

yea i called my laywer while i was in the streacher haha hes be on the case since day one

true not stock it came of of one of the china scooters same 3 wire plug and works the same never had an issue with it

OH you were in the middle lane?!! And the cop is trying to say the SUV never pulled out?! What a *! Thats a great overhead view. If you have a lawyer just give all this stuff to them and they should do all the evidence work for you. Good Luck!

ha no need to lie to abunch of strangers over the internet... i just came from subway and had a foot long and i was full as * and i was driving with one hand on the bars and the other on my hip... i wasnt going in and out of cars at all... or driving crazy going about 30 35 tops i was actually the only person on the road at the time when i got hit there was no one behind me... my light where deff on including the neon lights i have under my scooter... its all ball down to the cops righting a false repor that dosnt make sence at all ... i will scan it and post it here later

yes the middle lane because the far right lane is a turning lane on to the high way and yup thats what the report said that she never left the drive way...

wasn't saying you were lying, just trying to see if they (cops/idiot who pulled out from station) could have seen things differently

This is why I have a small camera inside my helmet ever since I started riding. People WILL lie and you cannot rely on witnesses who might or might not be present or willing to cooperate.
I know it can be a little cumbersome, but invest in a camera, fellow scooter enthusiasts.
