Honda Spree and Elite 50 Forums

Hi there,
I found this posting in my local craigslist site and I was wondering if the scooter pictured (the pimped out 50cc, not the electric one) is a Honda or any of the major Jap brands. I know I could call up the dude and just ask (and I probably will) but I thought it would also be nice to see how people will do in figuring out what it is.

I have had a few china bikes and to me it also looked like one. Not positive though.
