Inside continental US shipping costs?

I found a 96 elite for sale a few states away from me for $200. Said to be in good running order. Dont know authenticity of that statement, but it looks nice. What are the average shipping costs to ship a complete scoot? Would it be worth it to do so? Thanks!!!

The last time I had a shipping company quote it, it was $600 for 700 miles one way.

From what state to what state? Might be worth the road trip if you want it that bad.

It is from west Kentucky to Joplin, Mo. I think it is around 475 miles.

Do some research. If you can ship a car from Cali to Yellarosa for $500, surely a scooter can travel for less.
