Ok fellas Taz is doing his winter order to make sure I have lots of dio parts for stock in the spring. So the question is what parts do you want me to carry??
I am going to buy variator sets(AF27/AF28) because people ask me for them all the time. So my first question is what is the central bore diameter and what weight rollers should I put in the kit. I think I will do 3 sizes on the rollers.

Also what is the stock belt size?

What mufflers do you guys like best?

I always order 15*42 and 17*41 gears. Any other sizes people want me to carry?

Clutch springs maybe?

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Taz

16*42 gear are commonly used here (known as 9:1 here even though they are almost 9.2:1). I have only used 15*42 in one build because I was keeping the stock bore and an oversized operator (aka 9.8:1 or 10:1).

1k clutch springs.

What muffler would I like best? If you could source some Arrow pipes, I know you would have buyers.

For the central bore, are you looking for the OD or ID of the pulley boss?

Taz
20mm for the OD on all of our "50s" (Honda from '85-01)

The ID changes between the af16 and af05. I think the af05 is 10mm and the af16 is 12mm but I may be mixing that up with the wrist pin. The ID has to be smaller than 14mm because that is what the Get crank measures and it is bigger than the Dio.

Ok Here is what I got so far
16*42 gears
17*41 gears
1k clutch spring
6 gram rollers
9 gram rollers
Performance pulley
Trans Gasket
50mm BBK
Performance Exhaust
Intake mani
PWK Carb 24mm and possible 26mm
Free flow filters

What jet sizes?
I have 88,95, and 102 right now. the smaller ones are for the spree set up.
Pilot sizes?
Main sizes?

Oil plug I will need a sample

I am checking on 26mm pwk carbs

What is a good belt size to get?

I can get aero 50 performance pipes made but will need sample. I am also thinking of getting some 48mm BBK for the Aero50 and SA50 88-93. that is on the back burner.

Any other suggestions?

Still in the works. I just got a variated pal engine from Japan a few weeks ago and will adapt the parts to fit the spree. It is cold so it wont happen until it warms up. The muffler prototype has been sent to Japan be worked on. Hopefully I will have another test coming up in the next month on the spree pipe.

have you tried running mixed weights? 7 and 9 grams staggered weighs the same as all 8 grams.
