need help on offer

so i have a lead on 2 spree's
here is the info from my email.

Ok, they are both Honda Spree's, one is a 1986 and the other is 1987. One of them has a white basket attached in front to carry things. They are both registered Planned Non Operational (PNO) with the DMV at this time because we don't use them and its cheaper. We have both pink slips. Make us an offer if you are interested in both and maybe we can work something out.
