If it is indeed a Honda product, it looks like it could be a wave. Which i believe is a long case dio powered scoot, the long case is to fit the larger wheel. But it also looks likeit could be a cheep China clone, with Honda stickers plastered on it. All the pictures are to close up to tell.

I dont think it is a Wave, the Wave is a modern equivalent of the Cub with the larger wheel and different motor. I dont think it is actually a Honda
