I have decided to stretch my spree dio. If you have a look at this page here it shows the kit you can buy and what they supply.

The hardest part will be sourcing new rubber bushes to go into the mounting tubes.

Greetings:

What pipes are these, Tru.
I'm both a low-baller AND a cheapskate, but I gotta know...

...Mr. spreeeeee: Take the advice of these people and spend your money on something other than a Spree if you TRULY want a bike with the lowrider look.
Spree is best left alone and used as a utility vehicle in stock form.
I may be old and gray and totally disconnected with the cool world of lowrider scooters, but Spree is about the worst place to start when building a cool scooter.
ENGINE SWAP is a total must....rock-on.... :hi:

Motormike is right on, (ptsg bows to the wise Motormike) . I also think if you aren't the fabricator yourself I'd almost forget a project like making lowrider streched spree. Having wanted to do stuff like that as a kid having to rely on someone else to weld and fabricate things, I don't do it if I can't do it for myself now, it sucks to have other people doing it, you are at their mercy. Save your money up, buy some tools like a welder, chop saw, angle grinder and learn how to weld and go to town on somthin. Just my 2 cents
