Do you want me to get the af18 from patrick powder coated same color or just bead blasted? I'm going to do a ton of measurements on the af18 before porting so we can have an accurate measure of the volume and dimensions of it compared to the af16.

Woah, motor looks clean as heck. You should really look into getting a parts manual to source all the bolts and whatnot.

Use your nip from the manifold just like you would a normal vacuum style petcock.
Looks sweet!

I'm not sure that will work/

fuel pump needs to be hooked to the case after the reeds not before.

Pretty sure you can just move the nipple to the bottom half of the intake and seal the original hole, that way it is below the reeds. Pretty sure that's what downsouthdio did on his.

Yap the reason why fuel pump vaccum fail.. need to tap below the reed valve on buttom intake manifold.
The af16 block don't have a brass fitting below the starter.

Yes on gavaity fuel tank , you can on oil pump plug add a nipple or stock oil pump , remove the shaft. Need a rubber cap on Oil line.

Oops, they are correct. Ha I must have been sleepy. Extra work on top of everything I need to slow down and read what I write before giving poor advice.
