On Feb first: he said he would at the latest ship the harness on Tuesday < February, 2, 2016 >
On Feb 13 at 4:48pm my time I messaged him asking if he had sent the harness.
Later on that day after he had read my message and not responded I very politely posted:

I waited 2 days for a response, trying to avoid this.
I feel like he would of said something if he had lost, misplaced, sent, or forgot about it. Even if he had an family emergency or something of the sore, he obviously would of at least said something? I could be wrong and it could be on my way or he could of never got it, but I have all my proper documentation stating that I shipped it and all the pms trying to get in touch with him.
I have begged him to respond and have given him reasonable time to respond to me. I feel he has scammed me and I would avoid this seller and/or buyer at all cost. I held up my end of the deal and you left me high and dry/ or just not acknowledging me.
