you are fliping out over $35 f***ing i didn't even get all my parts back, when you sent them....., and go ahead and send your fraud thing, cuz they cant do any thing about it. i would say take me to small clames court..... but they only take cases over 50 bucks sooo yea.............

last i heard, small claims was $20 and up... and as for u not carin, it seems to be the opposite, what with a new thread about it and all...

But think about it this way would u really take someone to court for 20$ i mean come on it would cost more for a lawer then that.

i wouldnt personally, but im just sayin. and in small claims, if ur attorney is good, the loser pays ur attorneys fees as well. its kinda like gambling, u hope u win so u get ur $$ and dont have to pay anything, cuz if u lose, ur out the 1000+ for a good attorney.

The rest of us would like to trust and respect each other. MopedMan should apologise for for sending suspect parts and refund the money for the parts he got back. This would allow us to respect him, trust his word, and do business with him in the future. This also applies to darat or anyone else who has mislead or misrepresented. We are here for information we can trust and to do business with people we can trust. We should treat each other as we want to be treated.
