Nice. Ive been enjoying my ch80 since I fixed my clutch for good.
Kevlar belt, kevlar relined shoes, and 8.5gr rollers is a nice combo! G9 is supposedly working on finding me some custom springs for the front suspension, and Treatland has Wallaroo shocks for only $48! They look to be a perfect fit for the ch80's.

Got any pics of your carb setup?
I HATE the carbs on these things.

I replaced the carb on my friends CH80 with a NEW clone from eBay for $59.95...worked perfectly, and complete with bystarter, O-ring, and flange studs. The original had stripped out in the flange. The choice to replace rather than repair turned out to be a winner. Supplier is "WINCYCLES"

Yeah post some pics.
I've tried one of the Ebay carbs from that same seller. It was alright for the money.
I'd love to have better though.

That honda shock I was talking about for $48 from treatland.
I'm probably gonna get one next time I order moped parts.

I just bought a ch80. Im interested in seeing how your final carburator mod came out. Did have to change the throttle cable? Can you share some pics.

The original poster (arnoldshawn33) has not posted anything in 6 years, so you probably won't be getting anything from him. Is there any question I can answer for you ?

Lol. I could start autolocking topics here, but traffic's so low I don't know if it's worth it.
