When people ask "why would you spend that much money on a scooter"?...
I can respond by showing them YOUR collection.
Highest fives for such a great bunch of bikes...and keep going... :urban: ...mm

Dude! You picked up some nice rides there! :2thumbs:
If you decide you really want to sell that 1986 Spree, let me know, I'd for sure be interested in that! (Even though I know I'm across the country)
But think about it first, you may not really want to sell it since it's in great shape! But hey, I won't argue if you want to!

Thanks guys! I am defiantly leaning towards getting rid of the spree. It is incredibly nice but I just never see it being used. I would love for someone to have it and appreciate and use/display it. Jerz if you're seriously interested shoot me a pm!

I'll be posting pics of the build. I'll be going down to scooter swap shop this weekend to grab some parts for it and my scooters. Hopefully it'll be done in the next month or so!

My three AF16's came back from their 4 month vacation to Colorado this week. 1man8scoots (Joe Daniels) was working his porting magic on them. Here is the specs on each engine.

Engine #1 (Purple Elite)

Cases flowed and ported to match the bore and the yasuni pipe
Polini Corsa (ported for great top end performance, specifically to obtain fast top speeds as it should rev really well)
Malossi crank with SKF bearings
Stage 6 clutch and clutch bell
kelli variator
Malossi belt
8.44:1 gears
Polini 24mm
Naruku intake
Yasuni c16

Engine #2 (red spree with naked bars)
Cases flowed and ported to match the bore and yasuni pipe
Polini Corsa (ported for great mid range, "fat guy porting")
Malossi crank with Polini EVO bearings
Polini evo clutch and bell
Polini belt
Polini variator
naruku mani
Polini 24mm
8.44:1 gears
Yasuni c16

Engine 3 (Red spree from *)
Cases flowed and match the the bore and the arrow pipe
Polini Corsa (ported for great mid range and high end power)
Malossi crank with SKF bearings
Polini EVO clutch with malossi bell
Malossi belt
Polini variator
Stage 6 mani
Polini 24mm
9:1 gears
Arrow exhaust

I got them back with the cranks and bores already installed and sealed up, so I spent a couple hours piecing them all back together. Still waiting on a trans bearing for Engine #1 and a flywheel for engine #2. I couldn't help myself and had to mock up my purple bike to see how it would look. They should all be up and running by mid next month. I usually don't stop to take pictures while building, but here is a couple I have.

If you can't find a flywheel soon I'll just hook you up with the zx50 one you sent me with the block.

My purple S is back together  . I think I can finally call this one done, except for the tuning part and the blue filter (needs to be purple). I am hoping to see 80 mph on this thing. The motor that 1man8scoots ported for it is nasty and I think it has enough power to get to 80 with the right trans setup.
