The member "jerz40" on here also lives in Michigan. Not sure how far from you but he is a great resource for parts, info and anything Spree related. If you want your ride to look and run in tip-top shape, you should get in touch with this man. I wish I had more scooter heads like him around where I live.
I need to find some new haters...the ones I have are starting to like me.

This tire cleaner is what your gonna wanna use on your new Special Spree to bring the color back and look very nice. Its surprising, but I've used it on my 84 white spree, and 86 special spree and it brings the color right back and removes dirt and grim too. In the end it makes the plastic real smooth too. I also should mention it does NOT remove the paint. So no worries there. Oddly it doesn't work on red sprees unlike it does on the white ones.
