Greetings:

It looks like modern PCX-style bodywork wrapped around a Ruckus/Metro 4-cycle drivetrain. Except for the cult-like following of the Ruckus and the affordable Metropolitan/Giorno, here's not a lot of demand for 50ccs in this country generally. This wrapper looks expensive and upscale, offered perhaps in other countries where a 50 is more desirable and practical. Honda scooters - and cars and trucks for that matter - are market-focused, and perhaps there's not enough anticipated sales here to go to the trouble of certifying yet another low-margin 50cc model for U.S. sale. Just not enough money in it.

That is a silly name choice, but a very slick bike nonetheless.
