Is $450 for an 87 Spree with 6,000 miles a fair price?

I'm considering getting a Spree, and found one for $450 obo. Has 6000 miles and looks decent. Is that a fair price?

Gonna vote a qualified YES on that deal mhardgrove...provided you are willing to buy a battery first thing.
Don't take a chance of blowing all the lights by running without a battery.
Leave the old battery in place until you buy a new one.
The battery acts as a resistor to guard against stator spikes that burn up light bulbs.
Edit: $250 is a more realistic price for a running, riding Spree.
