Honda Spree and Elite 50 Forums

This sounds like it might be me, but it isn't. I don't know the seller, nor this Spree, and have no interest in it. There is no mention of the title for the Spree in the ad, so that would be my first question to the seller:

Looks fairly complete, but you're right, FL requires titles on these things. Got into a whole argument w/ DMV about topic when I moved from AR... AR doesn't title mopeds or scooters, and considered scooters and mopeds the same thing. FL actually has separate category for true mopeds and doesn't title them; the argument with DMV was that AR didn't treat them differently.
