Did you notice that the part you referenced it out of stock? As I said, the part is no longer available from Honda (discontinued), and everyone I found who is reselling OEM parts (like Revzilla) is out of stock. In a pinch, you can absolutely 3D print that part. As long as material used is fuel safe, wouldn't be a problem. Alternatively, I would find the thickest gasket stock available and just cut out the shape needed. Would work equally fine.
