Spree Accessory

Long time ago I had purchased a small round chrome bar that went across between the handlebars and mounted just below the speedometer for one of my Sprees. It protruded back just a little from speedometer and you were maybe able to maybe hang some gloves on it or whatever. Wondering does anyone remember these or what they were originally intended? Were they listed as an original Honda accessory at one time or some after market?
