Rear Shock and Front Suspension Measurements

Hey All,

I was going through the service manual for my A34 and the length of the forks and rear shock are not listed.

Can someone help me out with the dimensions? My front forks are seized and the rear shock is pretty much blown out. I saw a nice YSS on amazon for the rear, but I'm not sure if it will fit as I don't have the measurements of the stock one.

Also, if anyone can recommend a drop in replacement rear shock that performs well it would be greatly appreciated (I'm 185cm 95kg)
