Hey, New user with some questions...

The place to discuss rides, accessories, or whatever is tangentially Spree/Elite-related

Hey, New user with some questions...

Post by funkymonk »

I've been looking at buying a scooter for some time now. And Have been expecting a call from a dealership about buying a new BWs (49cc) $2900

But last night I got a call, and a friend of a relative has a 86 spree for sale, $1200. 300km on it. It's aways away and in another province. So I'll think about it today.

Anyways, I'm just wondering some basic things. Top safe speed? Clutch? He's says it's in good shape, are they sketchy to drive? Gas/oil mix? And anything else I might need to know...thanks guys, cool forum btw.
