The MotoTank Project

Motorcycle + Motorcycle = MotoTank

A MotoTank is what you get when you connect 2 Bikes together and keep

a seperate control for each bike to get seperate right/left control like in a Tank steering.

Its cool, but kinda makes the front wheel steering pointless if turning is throttle controlled per each engine..
projects galore :nerd:

There is something i have noticed about all these scooter and motorcycle projects, most of them are very low to the ground making them hard to spot on the road so nobody makes them anymore because all the people who were doing cool projects like this are now dead. Anyhow i think he should of went with linking the engines together because it would be much easier and probably safer to drive.
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.

Great photo!

I see the descrption about throttle steering, but in the photo, it looks like the steering column has been hooked up via flex joints into the fork. Maybe at photo time, this had normal steering.

Something to think about with throttle steering - how did the rear brakes get balanced? I'd think it would veer off to one side on braking.

psh, toast, im done! well, i relized quickly after buying my avenger that my engine was going bad. i was just gonna rebuild it in the spring. well i went to the junkyard ( parts galore ) for some stuff, i want to make my interior black so i got a new dash, buttons, all that stuff that i cant paint ( more dont want to ) and i was looking around and i had to pass this big area with engines just sitting there, and i found a 3.0. they wanted 200 and i gave them 150. and i walked out with that engine that day, iv been takeing pictures of it and how i did it, but i dont want to post it on ase until i am done. what i am doing is making it orange like badvenge but with a tc1 bodykit. but i want solid orange no decals, i want it clean. i am buying black powder coated 18 from a friend for 200. and my interior will be black and orange with black cat skinz leather seats with orange stitching. i just have one question. with the 3.0 can i run true duals. i just rigged up the stock exhaust to the 3.0. but i want to put fllowmaster 40s.
