Hmmm......I have an '86 Spree, bone stock. I just broke in some new rings and a hone, and I cruise mine at 32. I've had it up to 35, but I don't feel comfy up there. What year is your's? I know that before 1986, they had a recessed (dished) piston, which basically offers crap-tastic compression and power. After '86, they put domed pistons in them, which helped quite a bit. It also made them barely-legal mopeds in Michigan.
1986 Honda Spree - Running amazing.....body work still needs to be done, but that's a Spring job.

That is too wide of a spread to hope for. I have found that every thing I try to get more mph, only gains 1 or 2 mph, 3 tops and that is rare. There isnt one magical tweak that will bump you up to 35+, it takes alot of tweaks. lol
