Wheelman's aunt Lefty died of a Infraction. Going 60 in a 45 zone with 95mm drum brakes = generally a bad idea. Particularly with the Constabulary nearby. Plus leaving faceprints on a Corolla door can hurt. YMMV.

Not necessarily. Here are some mitigating defense suggestions - ASSuming you don't have a traffic rap sheet longer than Pinocchio's nose:
