either buy or make a new one, don't think patching will work.. good find.
i just patched it and put a layer of gasket sealer over it. it definitely seals now. the only problem is i need to adjust my carb because it is adjusted to when i had the leak. does anyone know the stock settings?

a thorough carb cleaning might be in order. use the wikispreedia under technical. follow the carb cleaning guide and check out the picture tutorial. if theres a lot of scale & or varnish, get a carb cleaning bucket kit from auto parts store and soak the carb. overnight. spray cleaners don't always do it,
taz 50mm bbk, 51g. rollers,1500 c spring
24mm arreche, #20 pilot, E2 needle clip on lower groove
arreche air filter
Naruku intake, reeds & block
v8 pipe
stock gears
trail tech temp & rpm gauges

my dilemma is that im spending 40 bucks, and my scooter will get me from point a to point b. when i get the money i need to get the corsa kit and oko carb at the same time so that i can still ride it. after that im gonna save for a variator and clutch with a 1500-2000 rpm spring. its my daily driver cuz im 15 and cant drive a car but i need the bike to work

it turns out that i dont have a compression tester, but i can get one at harbor freight for like 15 bucks, nbd. im probably not going to even attept to start the engine for a couple days, until my jets and rollers that i ordered get here. im going to get my engine re-ported and polished at the local shop: macomb powersports, and i got the new plug, which is a BPR6HSA. the p means protruded tip, and the guy that sold it to me said it was better for the race applications im putting on. i will keep you guys posted on this fix/build as it comes along.. thanks for your guys input and help.
