Very cool. I just finished my C110 rebuild. I love the old pushrod Hondas.
Full tear down and sand blasting is the only way to go for these old things. Buy your replacement plastics before you pick your color so they can color match them.

While you're waiting for your tank, use an old Spree oil tank for a gas tank. That's how I got mine going.

Well I took your suggestion and used an old oil tank. It fired right up got to ride it up and down the block. Qwirky little bike I have never rode one before. I think it might be in the low range gears, I'm not sure. I will have to figure out how to change it. My tank is finally local but, won't be delivered until Monday. I had to work on it this weekend as I was dying to do something on it.

I found it! Thanks, boy way more speed it jumped right up to 45 real quick.
New gas tank showed up in the mail today. It's from an 1984 110 trail but fits perfectly. Slightly bigger and shape is a little different but, I think it looks good!
Now with a new carburetor and rust free tank I'm ready to tune it!
