Clean! What are those marks on the oil pump plug?

People dimple the oil plug to try to keep it in place. If i was you put/make a bracket to hold it in. Nothing worse than it popping out or starts leaking air.. kaboom!

There was a thread about making a bracket for a oil plug and I followed it! But it cost a few yen!!!

Nice engine, but I agree with them all. Do something about that plug or it will come off when you dont expect it and it will be devastating. Also bring your stock fan around with you as those fans like to explode.

That is the stock fan for the sym DD dont worry its tough as nails!

My Kymco zx50 AF18 has the same fan, I figured it was aftermarket. Im relieved now. I carry around an extra AF16 fan everywhere ha.

Yes any fan that is not a real honda one is pretty weak, but as for using on a 72 i wouldnt worry to much about it.
I blew a few on my 72 before, but on my big strokers, its a pain in the * when they blow, new shrouds automatically!
We also sell tons of koso fans here in hawaii. most people but it cause it kinda has a whistle to it lol. Still the oem fan
seems to be the strongest.
