I took the chip out of my phone the other day and hte GPS program was installed on that so no top speed yet but the temps where higher than I wanted with the 01 needle and 80 main and a little bubbly on bottom I think I need an 85 main to hit the spot I want. Put the 90 main and s1 needle leaned out back in. It is not as snappy as it was with the 80 but I think the temps will be lower. About to take a ride to town with my jets and tools in the trunk in case I need to switch some things and put the chip in my phone for a top run :D

51.4mph on a short straight away is pretty good so far on 17.5mm carb :D This top speed was AFTER I had to tear it down to the piston in advance auto parking lot. Somehow 2 small pieces chipped off the stator side transfer port and scarred the piston making the rings stick on that side. I had to buy some sandpaper and a small screwdriver set to pry them loose. I sanded the lands, put it back together and it cranked on the first kick. I kicked it for 45 mins before I took it apart. I noticed no difference in performance so hopefully all is well. there were a few dings on the crown so hopefully those pieces are now in the exhaust

Greetings;

Nice job tuning the Arreche and dialing in the vario.
If you can't see the needle you're going about 55 MPH - at least that's what I recall last time I mounted my GPS and took it for a spin.

Yeah, that's on Flash2 Aero, but you get the idea.

Ouch broken pieces, you might want to hone it out with a flex hone. At least it survived!

I dont have a flex hone but I may clean up the ports etc the next time I have it apart. If those ports chipped the others might do the same thing if I dont. The ports chipped as soon as I cranked it and was leaving a parking lot so its not like I was going 50 when it happened so I think I am good. I will ride the crap out of it and save monies for a corsa :D I am thinking about trying a 19mm arreche. Anyone know if it will bolt on the stock mani or will I need an urestricted 21mm manifold?
