if your gonna get a belt, get a $20 gy6 variator off fleebay and a dio rear pulley, then get a 669*18*30 belt. re use you old boss maybe a spacer or 2. youll need to clearance the case and cover, but youll pick up a little take off power and more top speed. the 50cc gy6 variators have the same boss od but the ID is a mm or 2 bigger. I actually bored the gy6 variator ID 1mm and now I have an aftermarket variator on my blue aero with the AB07. and the rear pulley is same ID as the dio pulley but a little narrower. on the AB07 im running a 666*16.5* 30 belt. same take off but now I have an overdrive!

I kinda wanna keep it all stock, maybe a keli vario or something. The motor is all oem and it's a clean swap, so I wanna keep it like that kinda.

All done. Here are some final pics. I rode it around and it's pretty quick for being all stock motorwise. I think top speed is around 45 mph.
