See also: suck on the vacuum line oh so gently, those carbs need gas in order to function! If you have a car battery available good show. Test compression, observe spark (same time why not? Hold throttle open and click it over with the starter a few turns - watch the spark then note psi).
Do the starters work at all? How blue is your spark? Compression/gas/spark. Don't forget to suckle that fuel line to fill your carb!
