Ive had several malossi delta clutches. Always worked great, but I think in most cases I could've gotten away with a fly clutch and saved a little money. That being said, I spent a ton on the polini 3 shoe and bell for my elite. If I have that rear tranny cover off gotta show a lil bling ya know. ;)

I was looking at it for long rides. It would help steady the ride out (I think).
Just looking at a 270mm or a 330mm.

Thinking the shorter 270mm fella.

I'm going front disc in the next few months and really want the stable ride.

I was looking into the dampners as well for my aero. I just installed a disc front end. I feel like they would be nice for the long rides and little bumps along the way. And of course they look sweet :)

I ended up buying the Polini PWK style carb 24mm, since I had an OKO PWK style, and I can 'reuse' the jets! I got it all installed. Put in new (same size weights) and a new Gates belt. Didn't have time to tune, but it's got great potential!!! :naughty: :ndance:

Run down:
  • 45/130 jets - Polini carb 24mm
    needle in the middle
    air/fuel 1 1/2 out
    5.5gr weights
    new Gates PL20110 Drive Belt
I only have weekends to mess around any more.

YEAH, missing my first in five years! I promised the Lady to go to this wedding before the Super Sunday date was released. It was truly a battle, but I chose a happy home instead of days of fun! LOL

Only hitting 9800 -10100 rpm's on this little beast. Could it be the Gates PL20110 drive belt? Any suggestions on other belts? OEM? I have a Malossi Kevlar belt (thought I was going Z-trans for a minute- - decided against it though).

What are your speeds at those rpms? And what pulley are you using in the front?

Honestly, didn't have my GPS running the last run. Haven't done a top speed test yet. Before, with the PG Long, OKO, OEM belt I was running 63mph top speed.
With this Yasuni, G9 says his rpm's are 12k+

Ive barely touched 12k and that was with too light of rollers. My powerband (with the fabrizi kicks in a t a little over 9k and holds strong til around 11k.

I could bring my exhaust up some more. I brought it up to roughly 193 with transfers and boost at 125. Blowdown is at 32.5 and thats up from 30 or so. I can feel the pipe much more with the highrr blowdown, but my timings are getting near the risk area. I dont want to be too close to 200 on the exhaust, or over 35 with the blowdown. Ive lost power at this point below 9k, but at 9k it kicks in like a scalded dog. The Fabrizi is rather cheap to buy as a kit, but im moving across the country in a little over a month and things will be tight for a while.
what are the stock corsa timings?

When I get a little extra scratch I'll get a new clutch. And begin that fun adventure of tuning a transmission. I'm looking at the 2 shoe Polini. KN drive belt?? Haven't read anything about that fella...

--I have no idea about the timings. Way beyond me brother :hi:
