Please come tune mine. Haha

Sorry for Newb questions here. I've got a 93 Jog Motor (50cc) it came with no exhaust so I picked up a random one from craigslist for $40. Bolted up, got noticable gains from the rusty old one I had on prior.

I have a pod air filter with only 1 open end which seems better than the fully open pod I had prior.

I have been playing with needle positions and main jets, best I seem to manage right now is just over 60kmph, which I believe this scoot should manage even stock?
If you are running stock carb, not having stock air box will restrict your speeds. Get one and see how it runs if still a little sluggish adjust rollers to lighter and jet carb. You may need to go bigger or smaller on jets just depends how your bike reacts but most likely it will be an up jet that you need. Start by putting clip back to original position on needle and then work from the beginning. It's just a matter of trial and error from there.

Only issue is i can`t run the stock air box even if i wanted to, so im kind of left with jetting & needle position right now. I could change up carb, hack plastics etc to go back to stock air box.

If you plan on changing your carb,,then dont worry about it..but you are going to keep stock carb,,trim them plastics man..you wont regret having the correct airbox on

Nice pics of two nice bikes. You been my inspiration to do a naked handle bar on my 1990 Jog (after I put a Zuma front end on it of course).
What kind of improvesments did you see from the Hoca inner rotor ignition kit?

It's going to rock after I'm done with it! Is the ignition on it? I've still yet to look at the engine.

I took off as much weight as possible for shipping purposes so unfortunately no the ignition is not on it, but I will send it to you if necessary :naughty:
