The pipe on my Aero in the pics in this post is a Phongeer "PG" Long. -pretty common pipe. It is for 72cc+ setups.

You may outgrow the scooter but you won't the tat. I think with some alteration you can have have a Tiger or casper the ghost.

I have finally got around to getting the SEF stock-stroke, longer con-rod crank "properly" installed (no extra base gaskets; taller head to keep port timing correct) thanks to "Brain" bakaracer.

Holy Crap that has got to be THE most awesome scooter i have ever witnessed, just those slicks make it look mean. i that scoot. So..z50 i live in Louisville and am going to Elk Horn Creek for a fishing trip in a few weeks, i may have to look you up just to see this treasure in person.

I just got the head ordered from Scootspecs, so i will have it in a couple days. I still am needing another new 72cc head gasket (or if i can find another new aluminum OEM Honda gasket, I could dremel it)

I will post up my results as soon as I get everything back together.

Here are pictures of the SEF stock-stroke, longer connecting rod crankshaft I have installed in my AF16 Corsa engine.
(i had to pull it out to take some measurements) -besides the bit of anti-seize on the threads, it looks new!

Hopefully I will have time this weekend to get my top end re-assembled after checking the new squish clearance & compression with the new Ruima head i just received from ScootSpecs - thanks much, Yan!

Here's a few pictures of the SEF Black pipe I have on my Aero 50. This is my favorite pipe I have ever used!









I will post a performance report when I get everything re-assembled and tuned out. -I still cannot wait to get one of the Honda Vision taillight lenses from the seller in England. I would like to figure out how to adapt (or have made) a pick-up a.k.a. "grab" bar to my Aero, to get rid of the luggage rack. I love the "grab" bar that we installed on Angie's Elite. -It looks so much cleaner than the oem luggage rack.
