got some yellow LED driving lights :happy: also put two at the back.
you have to use extra 3M tape. to get them to stick on. :thumbwink:

hi forums, try and follow the photos, if you can. :confused: To see how I put the motor together. I know it's fuzzy, sorry. :surprise: * camera.
It was my first build. :smile: not sure how it was going to come out?. but runs good. waiting on pipe and carb. :thumbwink:
motor has a new crank. bearings, seals, head, piston, gears, springs, veriator, not everythings on photos.

Greetings:

That boost port came out looking good. But did I read the pics correctly? Did you put the bearings on the frozen crank first??

Honda-san ordains that you tap them into the cases first, then pull the crank through. I hope you didn't reverse that.

hi wheelman. yes I did. then realized it was wrong. had to pull them out with a puller. heat the case, and install bearings. and pull the crank through. :D

hi forum. well, I won't be going out to eat for a while. thanks to this addicting scooter habit. is it just me? or is there something about a scooter that puts a smile on your face :). looks like I am going to go broke with a smile :smile: :lol:

hi forum. I could not find the vw exhaust gasket for my PG short. but I did fine this walker gasket. number 31676. I don't know what it fits.
I had to make the hole like 2mm wider, dremel or file. it's a metal core, sandwich with gasket material outside.

I had to make the hole larger. gasket has a metal core inside. the price was $5. per gasket. walker part number 31676.
if your going with a bigger pipe it may not work for you. it looks good for the PG short. with a 29mm inside diameter. hope this helps if you can't find the other gasket. :peace:
