Well after a month or two of not running due to a mystery problem Jay (capturedbyrobot) and I got it working again today. There was a small airleak at the manifold as well as a loose needle and improper (lean) jet. By fixing the needle, airleak and drilling out the jet the Aero-Ped now runs far better than it ever did, hard acceleration and much power all through the rev range. Can't wait to take it out for a longer ride tomorrow (could only go around the block because it was dark by the time I got it back here).

Forgot to add: Also put a 3.00 tire on the rear to gear it up and match the 3.00 that came on the front. I'm amazed how fast (and yet eerily quiet) this thing is with the Ruckus variator, it tops 40 easily and from my best judgment is around 45mph maxed out.
