The inners were that pinkish purple stock color.I painted the inners flat black and the seat is painted with the interior paint but I am going to recover the seat later.still need some different fabric to put on.

that nos bottle is that what i think it is? is that a boost bottle? or a make shift fuel tank?

radiator overflow catch bottle.its a nos energy drink bottle.its for now till I get the aluminum overflow can.

can you purchase that bbk somewhere, i would assume ur not on the stock crank

the POP 50mm is a bit hard to find. the prodigy one is easier. looks like a POP bore on the outside. this bore is for a mini stroke crank 44.1mm

o really, thats good to know, how far does that peice come up is it the whole side plastic?

and off topic, do you happen to know the size filter im going to need for a stock SA50, scooters at the girlfriends while i move cant measure it :sad:

the piece comes up to that vent on the lower side panel. dont run a k&n style filter on a stock carb. you will seize the motor from it running lean due to a very small pilot jet on the stock carb. better to run the airbox. the will can do up to 55mph with a stock carb/airbox combo

that is very legit. This is probably the start of another scooter fever for me. I bouce back and forth between fabrication and scoots. These builds make me switch back to scooters. Thanks!
